Spaghetti Meatball Bake

Ingredients
1tbsp of mixed herbs
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tbsp of oil (olive or vegetable ideally)
2 tsp of garlic paste or 3 cloves of garlic
1 medium white onion
3 big carrots
4 sticks of celery
1 400g of chopped tomatoes
1 326g can of sweetcorn
2 cans of meatballs in tomato sauce (we used chicken)
300g of spaghetti
Roughly 130g of grated cheddar (about 1/3 of a block)
Method
Preheat oven to 180
Chop onion and garlic if using fresh
Add onion, garlic and 1 tbsp of oil to big oven
dish and put in oven
Dice the celery and carrots
When the oil is bubbling add the rest of the ingredients but not the cheese
Cook for 35 mins
Remove from oven and give it a stir
Add the grated cheese on top
Put back in the oven for 15-20 mins or until the cheese has melted.
