As always, the Arc will try to provide a calm quiet environment but please be aware that we are expecting 40 children plus parents, so may be noisier than our regular special need activities but we will keep any Christmas music at a very low volume.

20/6/21 - Fun Fridays at  ZodiArc

Zodiac Gymnastics club and the Arc (Both registered charity’s) are so pleased to be able to restart.

Fun Friday reopens 18th June but as with everything at the moment are subject to Pandemic rules:

Fun Friday is open for preschool gym & soft play at the Arc and will cost £5 per child, adults are free.  This allows 45 mins in the Zodiac gym and up to 1 hour in the Arcs soft play area.

The Arc’s cafe is back to offering their full menu.  Any food or drinks not served or finished within the Arc hour can be consumed in the Bistro bar to allow the through clean in between each session. Customers are not permitted to bring their own food or drink - with the exception of water bottles and certain dietary requirements required. Anyone bringing their food or drink will be asked refrain from eating it whilst at the arc and asked to leave if this is not adhered to

Session 1

9.15-10am in Zodiac

10-11am in The Arc

Session 2

10.30-11.15am Zodiac

11.15-12.15 the Arc

Session 3

11.30-12.15pm (you can stay till 12.30pm if you help us tidy all the little bits up) Zodiac

12.30-13.30pm Arc

Please note that the gap times between the sessions are to allow for both Zodiac and the Arc to do there clean downs to ensure COVID guidelines are met and make play as safe as possible for everyone. To enable Fun Fridays to be possible we would really appreciate if customers could leave both Zodiac Gym and Arc soft play promptly when their session finished.  This enables us to sanitize ready for the next session.

We will NOT be taking bookings for these sessions,  they will be first come first served. COVID restrictions have reduced our capacity to 20 adults but each adult can have more than one child,  but as before,  any babies left in their car seat or in a sling won’t be charged.

COVID safety is paramount so we continue to insist  any items coming in the Zodiac gym needs to be inside a plastic bag… this includes shoes before putting on shelves or bench.

Food or drink inside the gym is strictly forbidden with the exception of water bottles as long as they stay in the bags in between drinks.

Sessions are for  the upto 5’s and The Zodiac session allows full use of all of Zodiac gym, that’s bars,  beams, floor and vaults and strict safety rules will apply  and adults must remain with their children whilst using gym apparatus.

No shoes or wheels are permitted in the gym or soft play area and please be aware parents/guardians are responsible for children at all times and we expect the responsible adult to be watching their at all times.

The Arc soft play area has undergone a mini makeover during the various lockdowns and has a whole new under 2 years area for you all to check out.   This is an area we restrict to parent and under two’s only and parent supervision is required.

Free parking is available in the car park directly in front of the Arc and also the Weston drive car park beside the Village gym. In the unlikely  event that both of the Arc car parks be full we would ask that customers be respectful of bus routes (ensure that buses can pass easily) and please refrain for parking over our neighbours drives and finally double parking should be avoided.

FINALLY….  It’s absolutely essential and non-negotiable -  all children must have FUN and enjoy the safe play environment that Zodiac/arc is providing.

Any questions, please get in touch.
